Jay Fusion Cushion
The Jay Fusion combines the skin protection of the J2 with the stability of the J3. It’s an adjustable wheelchair cushion designed for maximum comfort, support, and protection, available with either JAY Flow™ Fluid or ROHO® DRY FLOATATION® air inserts.

Contoured, Multi-Layered Foam Base
Built with a closed-cell foam base and a soft, contoured top layer, the Fusion provides stability and adjustability. Its femoral transition and rear wall help prevent fluid migration while supporting the pelvis and trochanters.

Pelvic Loading Area
Designed using common skeletal measurements, the Pelvic Loading Area ensures forward and lateral stability, proper positioning, and effective pressure distribution to reduce the risk of skin breakdown.

Dual-Cover System
The Fusion includes a protective inner cover (water-resistant with Aqua-guard zipper) and a stretch outer cover with X-static® fibers to reduce surface tension, manage moisture, and protect skin.
