I had to buy some incontinence products for a family member who just got back from hospital. Staff asked if I needed help upon entering the store and were quite... read more pleasant. An odd thing I noticed was that there weren't any price tags on the shelving for these particular products...they had to check on the computer which seems a little sus imo. I mentioned the brand Molicare which is what was used in hospital and she remarked it being a 'pharmacy line' as if to say it was inferior to the brands they carry...which is the first thing she was incorrect about. Unfortunately, the same staff member also gave me incorrect information about incontinence products after I queried what the difference between the pullup pants and the slip-ons in terms of absorbancy as the brands they carried didn't specify on the packaging. They only had those annoyingly generic 'drops' that vary between brands. She said the only difference between the two within the same brand was the style...I purchased both types but looking at the receipt (and on their website) it actually says how much each style absorbs and it differs by over two cups.... I'm also a little perplexed as to why the prices on their website are cheaper than in-store (ignoring the delivery fee) but also the fact that if you order online and collect in-store you get a 5% discount....It's by no means substantial for small orders but the products I bought cost $110 as a walk-in customer....but could have cost $104 plus delivery as an online customer or $98.80 as an online customer who collects in-store (i.e. click and collect)...so about $10 cheaper, which is bizarre. Although I didn't need to buy anything else, it looked like they had a good range of equipment. Check their website first and potentially make a click and collect order first if you can pick up to take advantage of that 5% discount. 3 star rating because: minus 1 star for incorrect information minus 1 star for pricing inconsistency (but also quite expensive anyway, RRP by the looks of it)
